A German-style Kolsch made with pilsner and wheat malt. Classic apple and pear notes from the special strain of yeast used make this light refresher complex and enjoyable. Gold medal at the 2019 LA International Beer Competition!

A nod to the traditional pilsners of Germany with a bit of heavy handedness. Made our way, unfiltered, and with a blend of all German grown hops-Hallertauer Mittlefreuh, Hersbrucker, and Tettnanger. Gold Medal at The 2023 San Diego International Beer Festival!

LAS OLAS LAGER
A crisp and resfreshing Mexican-lager with a clean smooth finish and low bitterness. Perfect for those days at the beach watching las olas (waves).

MAKE SCHWARZBIER, NOT WAR
Some may not have heard of Schwartzbier, but it is just
a dark German-style lager that is deceiving light on flavor despite its almost black hue. This is not a stout! Lager heads, give it a try, we think you’ll like it.

PURE INTENTION Pale Ale with a touch of specialty malts and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado. Tropical, hoppy, and delicious. Gold medal at the2019 LA International Beer Competition & Silver medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival!

HAZY INTENTION
The hazy counterpart to our award-winning Pure Intention Pale Ale. The specialty malts have been removed, and instead a special yeast was used to highlight the juicy, fruit-forward flavor contributed by the Mosaic and el Dorado dry hop.

DANK-O PALE
The O stands for organic. This danky pale ale is a little sibling to our Sgt Sta-Danko Dipa. Similar hop profile, but easier drinking for those who need some dank in their life but can’t handle a big abv beer. Made using simcoe, columbus, and some lupomax centennial mixed in for good measure. We also crafted this organic pale ale to reduce gluten to 25ppm or below. Bonus! 6.2% ABV

SO MUCH CITRA IPA
West Coast IPA made with Citra leaf and pellet hops in the mash, boil, and brite tank! Mango, orange, lychee, and lime notes.
7.1% ABV

BRING THE NOISE IPA
NE-Style Hazy IPA, Sabro & Motueka (land a lot of it). In the whirlpool & lots of citra in the dry hop. Citrus, slight coconut, orange, lemon peel, Whisper of stonefruit.

So, we hear you like IPA? You’re going to want to grab yourself a glass of this then. This West Coast IPA is meant to satisfy hop-heads and critics alike. Bright, tropical and clean!

SOUTHERN HEMI
A light-bodied West Coast IPA made with all southern hemisphere hops: NZ Nelson, NZ Motueka. Bright notes of lime, lemongrass, and chardonnay grape. These hops are hard to acquire so enjoy it while it lasts!

DIPA OF EXTINCTION
West Coast Style Double IPA with an extinction level addition of Cryo Cascade, Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. Get some before It disappears.

BONDED BY BROWN
An American-style Brown ale made with 11 varieties of American, German and British malts for an unique layered malt effect. Clean finish that is not too sweet like some Brown ales.

CHOCOLATE TRIP PORTER Decadent and smooth, this is a Porter for chocolate lovers. Made With real cacao nibs.

RANDOM ACTS OF GREATNESS
A big chewy double English-style brown ale. Things like this come along but once in a great while. Layer upon layer of malt, toast, and caramel will put a smile on any big beer lovers face.

KEY LIME TART
A deliciously refreshing tart wheat ale made with key limes and Sicillian lemons. Bright citrus on the nose and a clean lip smacking finish.

FISTFUL OF PEELBelgian wheat ale made with our favorite Belgian yeast for some spicy clove esters. Then we added 100 pounds of fresh Murcott tangerines and zest. Bright, fruity, and complex.
